AWESOME EVENT HUB – VENUE RENTAL AGREEMENT

3. Rental Fee

Security deposit may be withheld for damages, cleaning fees, or violation of venue policies.

4. Venue Rules

• The client agrees to respect the venue property and equipment.

• No illegal activities are allowed on the premises.

• The event must end at the agreed time stated above.

• The client is responsible for any damages caused by guests.

• Excessive noise or disturbance may result in event termination.

5. Alcohol Policy

Alcohol is permitted under the following conditions:

• This venue operates under a BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) policy.

• Alcohol may be brought only by the event host for private consumption.

• Selling alcohol inside the venue is strictly prohibited unless permitted by the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.

• Only guests 21 years or older may consume alcohol.

• The event host is fully responsible for monitoring alcohol consumption and guest behavior.

• Awesome Event Hub reserves the right to stop alcohol service if safety concerns arise.

6. Liability

The client agrees that Awesome Event Hub and its staff are not responsible for injuries, accidents, lost items, or damages occurring during the event.

The client agrees to take full responsibility for guests and activities during the event.

7. Cleaning & Damages

• The client agrees to leave the venue in reasonable condition.

• Additional cleaning or repair costs may be deducted from the security deposit.

8. Agreement

By signing below, the client agrees to follow all venue policies and terms listed in this agreement.
